Sky Siemers, President
Mr. Siemers brings over two decades of leadership in construction, logistics, and global operations, having served as both President and Vice President in previous roles. He has led complex joint ventures and large-scale projects across multiple countries, managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence. His expertise includes overseeing thousands of personnel and delivering strategic solutions on a global scale. Sky holds an MBA from Louisiana State University, a PMP certification, and has completed a number of executive education programs.
David Frenzel, VP of Operations
Mr. Frenzel has more than 40 years of experience in managing new construction, remodeling, electrical, demolition, environmental clean-up and civil projects. He has managed projects and performed worked as the Project Manager throughout Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, and the western United States, with numerous sites located in extremely remote and isolated locations. In these areas, Mr. Frenzel oversaw all aspects of job progress and was responsible for ensuring timely scheduling and delivery of all site necessities as travel to many of these locations was extensive and difficult.
Haley Johnson, Chief of Staff
Haley Johnson brings over 14 years of international experience across Al, automation, and emerging technologies. Before joining Ahtna Federal Holdings as Chief of Staff, she held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Strategy & Operations and Director of Transformation. She has a proven track record of supporting executive teams in both domestic and global markets, helping secure key contracts and improve organizational performance. Haley is also well-versed in building governance frameworks and process optimization strategies to support business scaling efforts.
Brian Gough, VP of Operations, Construction
Mr. Gough has more than 27 years of experience in the construction and development industry., His career spans several hundred projects totaling more than $200 million in contract value and includes extensive federal government construction contract management overseeing quality and performance. His track record includes the successful completion of multi-million-dollar projects, by coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building a positive rapport with architects, engineers, jurisdictional officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
